Responsible for Ericson, Ciena NMS disconnection reporting and trouble shooting.
Responsible for network monitoring.
Responsible for guiding field engineer make trouble shooting.
Responsible for the help-desk for Customer, such as receiving complain, replying to questions, distributing problems, problem tracing and etc.
Cooperate for external alarm testing (both telecom, OSP and civil part) from NOC side.
Responsible for daily/monthly service interruption, troubleshooting records and faults reports to surveillance team leader.
7*24*365 on call.
Report to the FO Manager and BO Manager.
