  • 14-15 Years of work experience in sales management for Analytics and instrumentation business with proven track over the past years in Saudi market.
  • Have worked or working with key customers in Saudi market like SABIC, ARAMCO and other accounts in the utility business such as SEC, SWCC, NWC, MARAFIQ
  • Excellent market knowledge about the industries of Oil, Gas and water in Saudi market in the domain of instrumentation business
  • Previous sales management experience in international companies like Yokogawa, SIEMENS, EMERSON.
  • Do have high level and excellent business contacts with key accounts in Saudi market like ARAMCO, SABIC and other customers across their different organizations such as procurement, projects, engineering.
  • Have managed a sales team of 20 people in his work experience in the past years.
  • Able to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Excellent market intelligence about key players in the market and their moves, product developments.
  • Proven track record and experience in managing the business with the local and international EPCs in Saudi market.
  • Good sales experience in handling the channel partners with proven track record of sales and growth from the channels.
  • Good experience in handling and managing teams of tendering and proposal.
  • Good experience in negotiation of contracts, terms and conditions and understanding of legal terms.
